Spanizol PL, PF is used for internal heat-water-vapour seal in roofing systems, walls and inter-floor coverings of all type buildings and structures. The material can be used as a substrate layer for any floor coatings and “heat-insulated floor” system in order to directly reflect heat into the room.
It can be used as a screen reflecting the heat flux from the heating system, which reduces the heat loss. Spanizol Р is used as an insulating material in many applications of packaging and laying the products and finished goods, in the floating floor system, substrate layer under the floor coatings.
Spanizol PL, PF material is a foamed polythene layer with a thickness of 2 to 10 mm, duplicated on one side with metallized lavsan film (PL), aluminium foil (PF).
Polyethylene foam serves as the additional thermal insulation due to its structure of isolated air bubbles. Metallized film layer serves as the vapour seal in combination with the heat reflection effect.
Having the properties such as flexibility, elasticity and high shock-absorbing properties, it is an economical energy-saving material: it takes up a minimal volume.
Application with obligatory gluing of material joints with metallized connecting tape!
